Temperature derating Under specific installation conditions, the circuit- breakers can operate at higher temperatures than the reference temperature of 40 °C. In this case the current-carrying capacity of the circuit- breaker may be lower than the rated current-carrying

capacity at the reference temperature requiring the application of the derating coefficients as shown. Percentage values refer to withdrawable and fixed circuit breaker. If not specified, all data refer to a copper according to IEC60947.
