Network Analyzer The quality of the power supply is an important factor to consider in order to preserve the loads, to avoid equipment malfunctions, and to optimize energy consumption. The power quality of a power system is never a perfect sinusoidal waveform, distortions and harmonics are always present. Factors that cause reductions in power quality can be monitored and controlled with the Network An- alyzer embedded function thereby avoiding the need for expensive external monitoring devices.
